Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. This timeframe ensures that each piece receives the attention to detail and craftsmanship it deserves.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the package. You will be informed of the shipping charges at checkout, and we will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping: For our international customers, please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
At Tita Jewelry & Joy, we stand by the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. Although returns are rare due to our high standards of craftsmanship, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Return Window: Products can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to our office within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging when returning.
Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct an inspection to confirm that the product is in its original, unused condition.
