Our expert team will work closely with you to understand your vision and guide you through the design process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Design & Craftsmanship
Once we’ve established your vision, we’ll create a design that aligns with our unique style and skills. Our commitment is to blend your desires with our expertise, ensuring each piece reflects both your personal taste and our artistic craftsmanship. From engagement rings to memorial jewelry, every creation is made with care and precision.
Ethical and Sustainable Approach
We take pride in using ethically sourced materials and recyclable elements to craft our jewelry. If you have existing silver, gold, diamonds, or gemstones, we’re excited to give them new life in your custom piece. Investment & Payment
Creating a custom piece is an investment in artistry and trust. We require a 50% deposit to begin your commission. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your completed piece. Please note that all custom orders are non-returnable, as each piece is crafted specifically to your unique specifications. Delivery costs will be added to the final invoice.
Completion & Delivery
The completion time for your custom piece depends on its complexity and design intricacy, which can vary. We will provide you with an estimated processing time based on the specifics of your order prior to starting the work. Before shipping, we’ll send you detailed pictures of your custom piece for your appreciation and approval. Once approved, we will arrange for delivery. Our goal is to ensure that your custom piece not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
